You’d like to keep this answer conversational and paint a picture of your career pathway, how you got your start in life, what formal credentials you might have, and any career highlights along the way. It is also an opportunity to share some personal information, such as work you might do on a volunteer basis in the community or interest in arts, sports, or other hobbies which you think might be relevant to the employee.
