Patience is a virtue, especially during the recruitment process. Many of my clients get very frustrated when they don’t hear back from the employer or headhunter. It is not uncommon for there to be radio silence for weeks between interviews. It is really important to remain positive, stay busy, keep applying for other roles, and above all, be patient with the company’s recruitment process.
