It’s a debate that I know is going on across a large number of Not-For-Profit organisations and it’s a challenging conversation. For many years, the organisation may have not paid their board members, but as times have changed, and the organization has evolved, you might be experiencing challenges in attracting talent to the boardroom, and with the increasing time commitment required, you may find yourself struggling with board director performance when your board members are not remunerated for their time and commitment.
