Five things I would never do in my corporate career! This is based on my experience as a corporate headhunter, career coach, and mentor. My advice is to never leave a job before you have your next one lined up, never have a significant fight with your boss, don’t bad mouth or criticize former employers or colleagues, always have an over-arching career plan, and have your parachute packed and a backup plan in place! Sounds simple but not as easy to implement, but these five key areas will help you navigate most corporate jungles!
