There are some amazing stories of business executives who have left the corporate world to start their own successful Jim’s franchise and make a decent living while achieving work-life balance. Jim often shares his advice, and he recently made a short video about why he will never retire. I agree with Jim that we need to rethink retirement and our exit from the workforce.
